Graybridge Labs develops and operates software products including but not limited to Cockpit, Oteria, Orison, Minimalist, and Redcliffe. Access to individual products may be subject to additional terms.

3. User Accounts

Some services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with Graybridge Labs and its products are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graybridge Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
